The Coast Guard Disaster Area Response Team staged out of Morgan City pulls a 16-foot flood punt up a boat ramp and into a trailer, May 22, 2011. The DART has been patroling the local waterways to assess water levels and interact with the community in response to the 2011 Midwest Floods. U.S. Coast Guard by Petty Officer 2nd Class Renee C.
